Onderlinghe

Onderlinghe, the latest project in Almere Poort is a special project with houses in different price ranges with an interesting way of commissioning. In this project there is the possibility to choose your own architect, a type of dwelling, the housing volume, a plot and of course the design. Together with the architect and the building coach you can create your own dream house. On behalf of RS I Roeleveld-Sikkes Architects Jannis Cappon is one of the architects that can be chosen.

Onderlinghe represents the ultimate combination of freedom and influence on your home and the reduction of uncertainties and other risks. The best of both worlds!

Besides the houses that are designed in co-commissioning, we design some other houses for the area. An example is shown here. The house is design around the activities of the residents. These activities define the space. There is a clear place to sit and a different place to eat. From these places you can stay in touch with your working partner or playing children at the first floor. Thanks to the centrally located kitchen there are two distinctively different living spaces, one at the front and one at the rear. Because of this you always have direct daylight and can watch, for example, your children playing outside.

The classical attic is moved to the mezzanine on the first floor. This void keeps you in touch with your family downstairs. And here you can also enjoy your the incoming light. The first floor can be organized in various ways, with or without mezzanine, to the front or rear.

For the second floor there are numerous options with either a terrace to the front or rear, a huge bedroom or playroom or two smaller ones, an extra bathroom with or without a closet.

The expression of the facade is determined by shifting volumes and big glass openings. The entrance is sheltered so you can find your keys and receive your visitors dry. A distinctively chosen brick completes the building.
