The valley is a unifying space that provides special character and quality to the area. We propose to keep it as it is and to charge it with new attractions / opportunities. It will become a symbol of symbiosis between the authentic landscape, tradition and innovative spirit.

The green heart concept preserves the open view from the villages. It should be kept free from further construction, preserving its current agricultural function as a dominant feature. The return of original fruit orchards use should be stimulated. The green heart means maximum possible preservation of the valley, the new housing and necessary local facilities are integrated, within defined limits, into the existing village structure, and two biggest settlements (Bicske and Biatorbágy) are developing as regional centres.

The decision to concentrate the three poles (campus, technological and innovation centres) creates a new science city of national importance stretching from the centre of the valley (Herceghalom station and motorway connection) to Biatorbágy, introducing a new waterfront on the lake

The green heart concept provides a complementary contrast to the city (Budapest is seen as a dominant build mass with green areas in it, and Zsámbék basin as a dominant green area with some built islands).

The proposal includes preserving the open green character of the valley and also developing the recreational landscape on regional scale, creating paths network, attraction points, rest stops and educational ecological information along the routes.
