Hotel VI district
The planned hotel is located in the downtown of Budapest, in the centre of the cultural and business life of the city. The Opera House, several theatres and bars are in the close surroundings, and Andrássy street is famous for its luxury boutiques and quality restaurants forming an ideal environment for tourist and business functions. Thanks to the merging of the two plots we could make a direct connection between the parallel streets (Ó Street and Zichy Jenő Street ) on the ground floor. This floor includes a foyer, entrance spaces, restaurant and café with bigger floor height. The parking zone in the basement floors is accessible from both sides.
Our building with exciting inner court is similar to the old apartment buildings in the neighbourhood. The hotel rooms (approx. 22 m) are partly looking to the streets and partly to the inner gardens (20 rooms / floor, total 120 rooms ).
