Start construction Noorder Koeslag
Thursday, November 3 was the ceremonial start of construction of the project Noorder Koeslag in Wijhe, a dwelling project designed by our office. Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo is commissioned by Housing Association SallandWonen to build this new plan with 48 rental apartments and 12 bungalows.
The official launch of construction was given by Cor van den Berg, alderman of Olst Wijhe, and Ed Penniks, managing director of SallandWonen. They symbolicly placed the first pipe for the sustainable energy supply for the heating of the apartments and the swimming pool, which is located opposite the buildingsite.
Part of the homes will be used by the clients of JP van den Bent foundation. The remaining houses will be let by SallandWonen. Completion of the apartments and bungalows is planned for autumn 2012.
